Israel sweater fundraiser
We'll be ordering sweaters to show support for those affected by the recent events in Israel, as well as our Jewish friends here at home.
These are being produced by DadBod, and will be available thru the online CCHL store at www.cchlnc.com. Production time is expected to be approximately 3 weeks.
We'll be donating proceeds to IsraAID. IsraAID is based in Tel Aviv, Israel, and is the largest humanitarian aid organization in Israel. Their mission is supporting people affected by crises like natural disasters, post-conflict situations, and epidemics. So far, it's working with local partners to: coordinate humanitarian activities in shelters housing evacuees from the Gaza border region, operate child-friendly spaces where kids can play and process, distribute resilience kits with stress relief activities for kids and families, train local teams on self-care and stress relief and train local mental health specialists on emergency-specific psychosocial support.
